In addition to our partner's Terms of Service; You agree that you will not display or post on your site any content that is anti-Christian in nature or in any way can be construed as blasphemy against the Most High God. Whether it be God the Father, God the Son, or God the Holy Spirit.
You agree to not post adult content, child pornography, or any other form of sexually perverted material that the carnal mind's immagination can think of, whether said perversion has or has not already been thought of.
You agree to not post to your site any content that could be thought to have a bad reflection on the ministry and reputation of Yevotas Ministries, Yevotas Hosting and or any business or subsidiary that is currently associated with the Yevotas Service and or Trade Mark or shall be in the future.
You agree that if Yevotas Hosting requests that you remove content that is questionable and is considered to reflect poorly on Yevotas Ministries, Yevotas Hosting, and or any business or subsidieary that is currently associated with the Yevotas Service and or Trade Mark, or shall come to be associated with the Yevotas Service and or Trade Mark, you will do so immediately.
You agree that Yevotas Hosting will display advertisements upon your site for the purpose of recovering the cost of Free Hosting and generating needed revenue. You agree that you will, when displaying Google adsense ads upon your site, count the Yevotas Hosting advertisement when determining the total Google Adsense ads you can display on your site. According to Google Adsense terms, this allows you two displays. Your two displays plus 1 Yevotas Hosting display totals the three Google Adsense max.
You agree that you will not conduct any illegal activity from your website. Illegal activity shall be that activity that is commonly known to be illegal and is recorded in and regulated by government agencies.
Activity shall also be considered illegal if it violates the spirit of the law.
An Example of activity that is not legislatively unlawful but consider to be illegal by Yevotas Hosting is hotlinking.
An example of this violation is hotlinking. Hotlinking is the practice of linking to images on an individuals website without that individuals knowledge or consent. An example of this follows:
Suzy wants to display an image from myimages.com and hotlinks to it so that suzyssite.com dispalys the image. Every time someone views suzyssite.com, bandwidth is charged to myimages.com when the image in question is viewed.
What Suzy is doing by hotlinking, is stealing bandwidth from myimages.com. While this is not technically illegal, it violates the spirit of the law against stealing and is therefore considered by Yevotas Hosting to be illegal.
Note:
The follwing List of illegal activity is to be considered and example and is not exhaustive in nature. This list shall be updated from time to time as new issues arise.
- Page Framing
- Displaying a page from another website within a frame on your website.
- Hotlinking
- Displaying an image from another website within your webpage.
- Spam
- Sending unsolicited email to others without their consent or desire to recieve your email.
- Character Assasination

Donating to Yevotas Ministries in an attempt to subvert the
fiduciary obligations that Yevotas Minstries and Yevotas Hosting,
has with the Yevotas Hosting Network by attempting to require
Yevotas Hosting to place improper and illegal adverts on the
member sites of the Yevotas Hosting Network.
- Improper and or illegal adverts include but are not limited to:
- Porn adverts promoting and or linking to Porn sites.
- Adult adverts promoting birth control and other adult only products.
- Any advert that may be construed to be to sexually provacative.
